The Competition has been renamed, the Barbados & Smile Group Travel Cup, following the offical partnership announced between the CCC, and the Barbados Tourist Authority (BTA) and Smile Group Travel, on 1 June 2014.

All draws up to the final are similar to the FA Cup. Hence winners do not know their opponents or whether drawn home or away, until the draw for the next round is made.

There were 59 entries. To get to 32 teams in Round 2, the 4 semi-finalists in the 2011 competition, Lordswood, Chingford, Bickley Park and Finchley were given byes in Round, 1 as were Acton who were the 55th entry to be drawn from the hat. The competition has an open draw for each Round, and no area boundaries were considered. Matches were due to be played on 6 May but because of the prolonged periods of rain and water-logged pitches, many Round 1 matches were delayed up to 5 weeks.
