1. About these terms

This website is operated by the Club Cricket Conference ("CCC", "we", "us", "our"), the membership association for community cricket established in 1915 and recognised by the England and Wales Cricket Board. References to "you" or "your" mean any person or club accessing the website or using our services.

These terms apply to the whole website and to every service, solution, workshop, event, booking and communication referenced on it. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Illustrative figures & estimates

All monetary figures shown anywhere on this website — including but not limited to "£30 for every £1", "£30:£1", and any stated revenue, return, margin, saving or transformation amounts (for example £4,000, £6,400, £10,000, £65,000, £80,000, £150,000, £350,000 and similar) — are illustrative examples only.

They are projections and modelled scenarios, not promises, quotations, guarantees or forecasts of the results any particular club will achieve.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

Where a figure on this website is marked with an asterisk (*), that mark refers to this section.

3. No financial or professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. The content is general information about CCC and its partners' solutions. Before making any financial or commercial decision for your club, you should carry out your own assessment and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice. Any reliance you place on the website's content is strictly at your own risk.

4. Membership

CCC membership gives clubs and individuals access to the services, tools, events and support described on the website, subject to availability and to these terms. Membership does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, level of revenue, number of new members, sponsorship, or other result. The scope of membership benefits may change from time to time as solutions are added, amended, paused or withdrawn. A club may cancel its subscription by giving 30 days' notice.

References to "no risk", "no cost", "no investment" or "no effort" describe CCC's intention to deliver solutions in a way that minimises the burden on member clubs. They are general descriptions of our service model and are not a guarantee that a club will incur no costs whatsoever, expend no effort, or be exposed to no commercial risk. Clubs remain responsible for their own decisions, obligations, staffing, premises, licensing and finances.

5. Club solutions & services

CCC and its partners offers a range of solutions, which may include (without limitation) the Commercial / Club Shop Solution, Communications Solution, Mobile Application Solution, Events Solution (weekly and quarterly community events), Fundraising Solution, Sponsorship support, indoor cricket league, golf leagues and cups, the Fixture Bureau and related services. The following apply to all of them:

6. Workshops

CCC workshops are offered as scheduled live sessions and/or pre-recorded sessions, and are generally provided free of charge to member club committees. Workshop content, schedules, formats, presenters and availability may change without notice. A booking is a request to attend; CCC may reschedule, combine or cancel a session. Workshop content is for general information only and is subject to sections 2 and 3 above.

7. Events, fixtures & bookings

CCC events — including cricket and golf leagues, cups and representative fixtures, the Fixture Bureau, the CCC Annual Lunch and community events — may require booking, entry fees, ticket purchases or table reservations. Entry fees, ticket prices, charitable donations, dates, venues and formats are subject to change or cancellation. Where an entry fee or donation is described as going to a named charity or cause, CCC will pass on the relevant amount in accordance with that description, after any unavoidable third-party transaction costs. Participation in cricket, golf and physical activities carries inherent risk; participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own suitability, insurance and equipment.

8. Shop & products

Products offered through any CCC or club shop, and any member discounts, partner pricing or club margins, are subject to availability and to the terms of the relevant supplier or platform. Prices, discounts and margins may change. CCC is not the manufacturer of third-party products and gives no warranty in respect of them beyond those that apply by law.

9. Third parties & partners

This website refers to and links to third parties, including the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), The Club Cricket Charity, the National Asian Cricket Council (NACC), the ACE Programme, Pitchero and various commercial suppliers and sponsors. References to a partner, recognition or sponsor do not imply that they endorse any figure or projection on this website. Third-party websites, products and services are governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy policies. CCC does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services or availability, and your dealings with any third party are between you and that third party.

10. Payments, bookings & cancellations

Where you submit a form, booking or enquiry (for example a workshop seat, table reservation, event ticket, membership or join request), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. A booking or enquiry does not create a binding contract until CCC confirms it. CCC may decline, amend, reschedule or cancel a booking, and will deal with any associated refund in accordance with the terms applicable to that specific booking or event. Where payment is taken, it may be processed by a third-party payment provider subject to that provider's terms.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

12. Data & privacy

When you submit a form or make a booking, CCC collects the personal data you provide (such as your name, club, role, email and phone number) in order to respond to you and administer the relevant service. CCC will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and will not sell it. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please contact us using the details below.

13. Intellectual property

The content, branding, design and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to CCC and are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and use the website for your club's legitimate purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit the content commercially without our prior written permission.

14. Changes to these terms

CCC may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
