Community Event Team.

Once a quarter, your club becomes the centre of the local community for a day — a partner-led event drawing 500 attendees from families, local clubs, business, academia and the NHS. Targeted at £5,000+ margin direct to the club, with new playing and social members through the door.

01 · CCC Member value

Why this exists.

CCC is keen to provide its member club community with a range of tools and solutions that enable clubs to build membership, revenue and sponsorship — without taking time, focus or risk away from busy committees.

02 · Overview

What your club gets.

i.

One event per quarter

Your club benefits from a CCC event solution that brings the local community to your venue once a quarter — families, local clubs, local business, Academia and NHS.

ii.

Partner-provided

The CCC partner provides communications, on-site partners and attendees — ensuring every event is genuinely successful, not just well-attended.

iii.

Partner team runs it

The partner event team works tirelessly to build awareness in your local community, manages the ticket-sales process end-to-end and reports back weekly.

03 · Event Objectives

What success looks like.

  • Centre of the community — your club becomes the local focal point for the day.
  • 500 attendees from the surrounding local community.
  • Partners on the day committed to making the event a success.
  • £5,000+ margin direct to the club from a single event.
  • New members — both playing and social — recruited from attendees.

04 · Event Overview

Who does what.

Action Description
Community Awareness CCC partner builds awareness, communicates, advertises and contacts the local community.
Ticket Sales All attendees purchase tickets. The club operational team does not need tickets.
Entertainment CCC partner provides the entertainment and event partners — including kids' entertainment.
Club operational duties Event operations, security, health & safety, and food & drink.
05 · Event format suggestion

One day, three audiences.

i.

Afternoon · 14:00–17:00

Family slot — kids' entertainment, food, gentle programming for parents and children.

ii.

Late afternoon · 17:00–19:00

Professional community slot — local business, sponsors, networking, the transition into evening.

iii.

Evening · 19:00 onwards

Party time — full entertainment programme, bar in full flow, the night the club shows what it can do.

06 · Club Responsibilities

What we need from you.

  1. i. Encourage your members to buy tickets and attend.
  2. ii. Provide car parking.
  3. iii. Run ticket access control on the day.
  4. iv. Provide the food or secure a food partner.
  5. v. Provide drinks for attendees (recommended in clubhouse & venue).
07 · Club Risk

Why it's safe to commit.

The CCC partner provides a weekly attendance report so there are no surprises. At scheduling, we agree the cut-off criteria for poor attendance — if numbers don't materialise, the event is pulled before the club is exposed.

The partner secures entertainment and event partners directly, so there is no contractual risk to the club. Essentially: no operational risk, no financial risk, weekly visibility throughout.

08 · Sponsorship

The 75% split.

The partner secures sponsors for every event. The club receives 75% of the sponsorship raised — on top of the £5,000+ margin from ticket sales.
