The rain has not just stopped long enough in the last 48 hours for Valley End CC to prepare a wicket for tomorrow 10 August.

A heavy down-poor of rain washed-out the final of the Sovereign Trophy today at Valley End CC after 39 overs.

Lunch was taken early, but the ground had became water-logged.

It has been rescheduled to be played on Tuesday 10 August, again at Valley End CC, GU24 8SN, 11.00am start.

Lets hope for fine weather then, and the club can welcome back both teams, including another coach load of Caribbean Cup XI supporters.
