CCC batted first in the 50 oersv match and scored 264-6 on a good pitch with young Sachin Sagger 31, Captain Raheem Abbas Sher 39, Riday Khandke 65no being the main scorers. Ravi Yarwood-Paintal 2-53, James Nelson 1-47 and Arjun Bhardwaj 2-44 being the wicket takers.
Foresters U25s openers Will Fort 56 and Zain Ali 40 got off to a flyer 94-1 in the 1st power play and struck the ball to all parts. Thanks to a fine catch by Acton's Huzaifa Yousafzai in the deep the game changed with the CCC spinners taking some control.
Muhammad Hassan Hameed 3-43 off 10 overs, Arjun Nahar 4-48 off 10 over, Charlie Moore 0-39 off 7 overs, Luke Woods 0-22 off 5 overs and Riday Khandke 1-47 off 8.5 overs.
