LV SOS Kit Aid exists because sport changes lives.
LV, the insurance company, run a scheme called LV SOS Kit Aid and they want cricket clubs to recycle sports kit for the benefit of young people in the UK and overseas so they are given a sporting chance.
The kit scheme operates in cricket, rugby and squash and has given more than 135,000 children in 26 countries, as well as the UK, the chance to participate in sport.
LV's mission statement says: "We make a positive and tangible impact on children's lives by giving them the chance to participate in sporting activities, to promote social inclusion and to protect the environment. We are delighted to be working with the Club Cricket Conference to reach as many cricket clubs and players as possible".
Please look out for further updates in August for LV's inaugural end-of-season 'kit collection day'.
