The draws for Rounds 1 & 2 were made today.

We thank the 48 clubs who entered this years competition.

That number required 32 x clubs to be randomly drawn to play in Round 1, then the 16 x winners from Round 1 and the 16 others went into the draw for Round 2.

As usual there is a mixture of local derbys, and distance draws to play a club you have never played before (a magical aspect of an FA Cup type draw). The 'heavy-weight' draws that are always a feature of open draws, see in Round 1, Blackheath v Three Bridges, and Sunbury v North Middlesex. Whilst in Round 2 we have Bexley v Brentwood, and Sandwich Town v Wanstead, in two Kent v Essex ties..
